SHIPPING POLICIES – please read

  • RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED: Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please reach out to us at and allow us to help you start seeing results!
  • LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN PACKAGES – we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is the responsibility of the customer as we do not have the resources to track each and every order. Please file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen. Once shipping is paid to the carrier, WE CANNOT GET IT BACK. The customer will have to file a claim with the carrier to recoup this. 
  • Kindly note that shipping costs and shipping times are subject to change and are beyond our control.
  • Shipping will be calculated during checkout prior to finalizing your purchase. We will not be able to provide this for you as it varies internationally and now also includes duties and taxes where applicable.
  • If you are about to move out of your current residence, we request that you not place your order until you’ve switched residences. Once your order is shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.
  • Orders are shipped from a fulfillment center and are packaged in plain packaging. Our company name appears as MHME, Inc. on the shipping label.
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – duties and taxes are now added during checkout!
  • NOTICE: Shipping and duties/taxes are paid to the fulfillment center and we do not receive that money back if your package is returned or refused. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER!
  • Ensure that you choose the correct shipping option. Incorrect shipping details can severely delay your order.
  • Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. This can vary due to sales volume and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping confirmations with tracking will come from sales@mhme.us. Please check your spam/junk folders for these emails.
