Penis Enlargement Foods – Ignore The Clickbait Articles!
“5 penis enlargement foods for 2020”, “9 secret foods PORN stars don’t want you to eat!” “10 Commandments To Increase Penis Size” are just a few of examples of the clickbait titles you may see if you search for foods that may increase the size of your penis.
The reality is NO food will “grow” your penis. You can search for hours like I have and you will find basically ZERO documentation, no peer reviewed research, no real science from the medical community that shows any direct correlation to “penis growth” and diet, or foods.
That is unless you are lured onto a site trying to sell you a secret E-book, a coaching program, or something along those lines. If there’s a bit of free info and then a “click here for more” image or link on that site, you aren’t looking at facts.
Don’t get me wrong, some foods can help with improving overall health and blood circulation …and as a side benefit, help with penis health and sexual performance. However, this is NOT penis “growth”. If you DO see an increase in your penis size after improving your diet, it’s usually because you lost some BODYFAT you needed to lose anyway and you can now SEE a bit more of your penis. The other potential reason you may see a penis size “increase” can be due to a long term health issue from poor diet causing you to LOSE PENIS SIZE, and you are simply recovering that size due to the improved health and function of your penis. This recovered size is NOT however, NEW growth.
