WARNING: Do not use Malehanger™ while sleeping or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as it may lead to long term injury. It is also recommended to discontinue all other penis enlargement exercised while using Malehanger™ to avoid.

Do I Need to Be Experienced to Use the Malehanger™?

No, you do not. It does not matter if you’ve had previous experience with penis enlargement. The Malehanger comes with a QR code on the device which links you to our current “How To” guide that can help you utilize it safely and effectively for optimal results.

How Much Weight Can the Malehanger Penis Weight Hanger Support?

The S-hook on your device can support up to 80 pounds. 

Is the Penis Enlargement Permanent?

Yes, it is. The Malehanger uses the concept of tissue traction to enlarge your penis. Once your penile tissues have stretched beyond a certain point, they stay that way. This action cannot be reversed.

  • RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED: Due to the nature of our products and the area in which they come in contact with the body, we are unable to accept returns. Please reach out to us at and allow us to help you start seeing results!
  • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES – we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.
  • Kindly note that shipping costs and shipping times are subject to change and are beyond our control.
  • Shipping will be calculated during checkout prior to finalizing your purchase. We will not be able to provide this for you as it varies internationally.
  • If you’re about to move out of your current residence, we request that you not place your order until you have switched residences. Once your order is shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.
  • Orders are shipped from a fulfillment center in Atlanta, GA and are packaged in plain packaging. Our company name appears as MHME, Inc. on the shipping label.
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSdue to circumstances beyond our control, we can no longer allow customers to pay duties and taxes up front. 
  • NOTICE: Shipping costs are paid to the shipping carrier by the fulfillment center and we do not receive that money back if your package is returned or refused. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER!
  • Ensure that you choose the correct shipping option. Incorrect shipping details can severely delay your order.
  • Shipping confirmations with tracking will come from [email protected] Please check your spam/junk folders for these emails.
Can you ship to my location? How much does shipping cost?
  • We ship almost everywhere. Shipping can be calculated during checkout prior to finalizing your purchase. We will not be able to provide this for you as it varies internationally.
  • Orders placed before 12:00PM EST, will usually ship same day. Holidays can impact when orders ship.
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS due to circumstances beyond our control, we can no longer allow customers to pay duties and taxes up front. 
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary due to impacts caused by COVID, inclement weather, and other factors.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO A PO BOX, UPS DROP LOCATION, OR A DHL DROP LOCATION?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to PO Boxes and parcel collection locations that can accept all carriers. We cannot ship to DHL, UPS, or FedEx locations. 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Let us consult our crystal ball… just kidding (sort of). Orders can take up 5 business days to process before shipping. Shipping can vary for many reasons beyond our control, but typically shipping times are as follows:

DOMESTIC (United States and territories):

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, Military Bases: 3-10 business days

All other US States: 2-4 business days

 INTERNATIONAL:

International Shipping: 2-14 business days

 Note: These times can be impacted by holidays, weather, and other reasons beyond our control. If your tracking has not changed in 30 days, please contact us so we can submit a claim with our fulfillment center (this is a standard imposed by carriers and our fulfillment center).

WHERE CAN I FIND THE QR CODE?

If you purchased your device after January 15, 2022, your QR code is located on the device. If you have any issues scanning it or purchased before that date, please email us at [email protected] for a link to the How to Guide. We do not have the How To Guide available to non-customers as we do not want anyone attempting “DIY” methods using similar techniques to how our product is used and potentially harming themselves.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you have any issues with your order (order not received, missing item(s), etc.), please contact us at [email protected] and let us assist! We are here to help! If your package shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and file a claim.

CAN I PURCHASE MALEHANGER IN PERSON OR SOMEWHERE ELSE?

While we are glad you noticed where we are located, we cannot do in-person sales or over the phone sales. We only sell via our website and are currently the only seller of the Malehanger. 

IS PACKAGING DISCREET?

We’re sure you have seen this on our site already, but YES, we provide DISCREET packaging! All orders are packaged in plain packaging and our company name appears as MHME, Inc. on the shipping label.

HOW WILL THE CHARGE APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

We respect our customers’ need for discretion therefore, charges will appear under our company name MHME INC.
